Booking conditions
When making a reservation through our booking system, you must provide your credit card number and the associated period of validity. This information is sent to our channel manager Myallocator.com and checked. Your credit card guarantees payment of all costs incurred. The total amount of the booking including all additional costs will be authorized (reserved) on your card up to four weeks before the arrival date. The costs can already be charged to your credit card on site before arrival. A possible deposit will be credited back in the event of a timely cancellation. See cancellation terms and conditions. In the case of special prices which are granted against prepayment, you agree that your credit card will be charged immediately for the total amount including all additional costs such as taxes.
A reservation without a valid credit card is not possible with the online booking system. If you do not have a credit card, please send us a booking request by email. The booking amount must then be transferred in advance.
Cancellation conditions
The following cancellation periods apply to bookings (1-9 booked beds):
Up to 5 days before the date of arrival free of charge, after that 90% of the total amount of the booking. In case of no-show, 90% of the booking will be charged. The customer is free to prove that the claim did not arise or did not arise in the required amount.
The following cancellation periods apply to group bookings (from 10 booked beds):
If canceled or modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 60% of the price of the entire reservation will be charged. If canceled or modified later, 90% of the price of the entire booking will be charged. In case of no-show, 90% of the booking will be charged. The customer is free to prove that the claim did not arise or did not arise in the required amount.
