Dear guests, in order to make your stay at the hostel even more pleasant, we kindly ask you to read the following house rules. Please note that the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the hostel also apply.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In: 16:00 - 21:00
Check-Out: 07:30 - 09:30
Access / Key
Access via the main entrance door is possible with a door code given at check-in.
You can obtain keys for the rooms against a deposit. If the key is lost, the cost of replacing it will be charged. The customer is free to prove that the claim did not arise or did not arise in the amount claimed.
Rooms
Booked rooms are available to the customer from 4 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival. The customer is not entitled to earlier availability.
The arrival time is limited to 21:00. The guest is not entitled to the room after 9 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless a late arrival has been expressly agreed.
On the agreed day of departure, the rooms must be vacated and made available to the Hostel by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.
Towels can be rented at the reception for a fee and a deposit.
If the beds, cupboards and carpets are soiled, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €50.00. The customer is free to prove that the claim did not arise or did not arise in the required amount.
Pets
Pets are not allowed
Toilets
Please do not throw sanitary towels or tampons into the toilets! Risk of blockage.
Also applies to groups
The rooms are not cleaned during your stay. Therefore, please ensure that the rooms are clean yourself. On the day of departure, the beds must be stripped and placed in the baskets provided.
The window sill should not be used as a seat and nothing should be thrown out of the windows.
Internet
When using the W-LAN, the provisions of data protection and the protection of children and young people must be observed. Violations must be reported. In particular, the use of so-called file-sharing programs is prohibited. Access is provided by the provider Sorglos Internet.
Technical equipment and connections
All technical equipment and connections may only be used in accordance with their intended purpose; the guest is liable for any damage caused by incorrect use.
The guest is permitted to prove that no damage has occurred at all or that the damage is significantly lower.
Night's rest, order & safety
From 10 p.m. onwards, all rooms, corridors and outdoor areas are subject to a night's rest. Failure to observe the night's rest can lead to immediate expulsion from the hostel. The hostel expects respectful interaction with other guests, residents and staff. After 10 p.m., all noise must be avoided when leaving and returning to the hostel out of consideration for the hostel neighbors and guests.
Persons not booked in the hostel are only permitted to enter the rooms after prior notification at reception. The hostel may refuse access in individual cases.
For security reasons, the public areas are under video surveillance.
In the event of a fire, please refer to the evacuation plan on the inside of your room door. We also ask you to inform reception immediately.
Please read the fire prevention instructions posted on the floors carefully and follow the rules in an emergency.
Alcohol, smoking, illegal drugs & weapons
The Child and Youth Protection Act applies in all rooms and outdoor areas. Bringing alcoholic beverages into the hostel is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hostel and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
If a fire alarm is triggered by unauthorized smoking or the smoke detectors have been deliberately tampered with, the costs incurred will be charged. The customer is free to prove that the claim did not arise or did not arise in the amount claimed.
If it is established that smoking has taken place in the rooms, an extra cleaning fee of € 50.00 will be charged. The customer is free to prove that the claim did not arise or did not arise in the amount claimed.
Bringing illegal intoxicants and weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from the premises. In any case, the relevant authorities will be notified immediately.
Changes to the general house rules are possible at any time and can be read at the reception desk at check-in.
